Rule 16
Secretariat of the Fund
: (1) The Secretariat of the Fund will be located in Kathmandu Valley.
(2) There shall be a chief administrative officer to act as the administrative head of the fund. The chief administrative officer will be appointed by the committee. As long as such appointment is not made, the Government of Nepal may appoint any person who is or has been working at the official level in a bank or financial institution to act as the chief administrative officer.
(3) The Secretariat of the Fund shall have the required number of employees.
(4) The service, conditions and remuneration of the Chief Administrative Officer and other facilities including the employees shall be as prescribed by the Committee.
